On Saturday July 25 2020, independent beer fans across the country came together to say, “Cheers to Indie Beer”. It's was our toast to the Australian owned brewers who need all the support they can get right now.

The first Indie Beer Day in November 2019 saw thousands of drinkers raise a glass to support Australian independent business. With all the knocks small business has taken in 2020, we’ve moved it to July 25 to give indie brewers a much-needed boost. It’s a time to celebrate resilience, survival and love for indie beer.

Last year was a hit with hundreds of breweries and venues hosting indie beer parties, getting mates together to say cheers. Even with social distancing measures are in place, we'll be celebrating (safely, of course) to show our support to local indie brewers, pubs, bars and bottle-shops.
